This is a known issue with the Thales nCipher security world - at least through S/W v 12. This will be prevalent when card sets are required to be used to authenticate prior to accessing CA keys. This will prevent many Hardware Security Module CSP/KSPs from being able to interact with users. This is due to the Session 0 isolation built into the Kernel.
